P r o l o u g e:
My twitterive is a combination of my tweets and a narrative essay. Thinking of a topic for my twitterive was very difficult for me and after creating most of it, I changed it completely. After a ot of thinking
I changed my twitterive to my family and the most important people in it. My family is very strong and close and I don’t know where I would be without them today. There have been a lot of ups and downs the past two years but we are still as strong as ever. I will be sharing pictures, poems, songs, and life experiences to show how important everyone is to me. My repetend will be my family names bolded, and in purple.
Some tweets that inspired me....
BUBBIE & POPPOP (Elaine & Marvin)
Dear Bubbie & Poppop,
Where do i begin?! Since the day i was born you two have always been my biggest supporters no matter what i do. From as long as i can remember, family gatherings and holidays have always been and will always be at your house. With the table set to perfection, everything in fine china, nothing was out of order. Nothing is ever store bought and everything is made by hand with love. Poppop is always there for moral support while Bubbie you are cooking up a storm. My favorite holiday has always been Hanukkah, of course because of the presents! Spending hours in the kitchen with you along with Jason, Josh, Farrah, Brittany, Heather, and Matthew has always been a special memory in my heart. Grating potatoes for hours to make homemade latkes was always so much fun. Someone always ended up with potato shreds all over them. Living an hour away from each other, you always came to visit every Sunday. There was never one birthday, sports game, dance recital, or school event that you both missed, and i am truly appreciative of that. Still at the age of 22, i talk to you both multiple times throughout the week and i wouldn't change that for the world. Bubbie and Poppop, you both are truly my inspiration in life and i don't know where i would be without the two of you. I love you both very much and i always will no matter what!
Love,
Jenna

HEATHER (cousin)
What does it mean to be the best?
You're beyond the pack and the rest.
Among my cousins, you're number one;
we always talk, and have so much fun.
This title, you have clearly earned,
over the years, from you I have learned.
Thank you for always being there,
and simply showing, how much you care.
Hope our friendship and bond only grows,
your actions speak volumes, and it really shows.
A cousin like you, I'm exceptionally proud,
you bring me sunshine, and remove every cloud.

AUNT DEBBIE
my true inspiration :)
Aunt Debbie Eulogy
As all of you know, our Aunt Debbie was no ordinary aunt; instead, she was a second mom to all of us. Aunt Debbie was the kind of person who always put others before herself, not matter what the circumstances may be. Always ready to lend a helping hand – she was the most generous person we ever knew. Every chance she got she would spoil us to no end! Each of us had our own special relationship with her. No matter what the hour she was a good listener and gave great advice. Many of our best recalled memories were spent with her. From shopping sprees, to vacations, to family dinners, or to just hanging out watching movies and playing scrabble, anytime spent with her was always fun and exciting. She was the one person we could always count on if we were sick or upset because we knew she would be there in a second to comfort us, usually with a feast. We will greatly miss how in any situation, sad or uncomfortable, even up to her last days with us, she could instantly make us laugh with one of her witty remarks and sarcastic humor. Her humor was truly her gift. There is no easy way to put Aunt Debbie into words, for she was one of a kind.
A year ago, she was persuaded to get a maltie-poo who Brittany and I shared with her. The poor puppy had so many names after a few weeks, but finally she settled on the name Joey…and when he was being bad she would sternly say, “Joseph.” She loved Joey so much, he was her little man, and her sweetness transcended to him.
Jason and Josh’s first trip to New York was with Aunt Debbie. They were both so excited to go, Josh was collecting rocks and twigs because they were from New York. Years later it turned out to be that Aunt Debbie didn’t have the heart to tell them they were still in New Jersey.
All of Jenna’s vacations were with Aunt Debbie, and their favorite was the cruise they went on. While in St. Thomas, Aunt Debbie pushed Jenna to go Para-sailing, something she would not have done without her. Once, in the air, Aunt Debbie was laughing and said she wasn’t sure if it was a good idea after all.
When Brittany went away with her to Europe this past August the usual humorous escapades ensued. In Paris, they were followed around on her birthday night by two French boys and their unrelenting marriage proposals.
When Heather and Aunt Debbie went to the Bruce Springsteen concert this past year, she decided to follow Bruce’s car through Philadelphia with hopes to meet him - even if it took rear ending his car to get the job done!
Matthew and Aunt Debbie looked forward to their trips to the Palm Restaurant where she would never settle for a regular glass of water, it had to be the most expensive water on the menu, for she swore it tasted different.
Every outing with Aunt Debbie was truly an adventure.
It is unfair that we have lost such an incredible strong Daughter, Sister, Aunt, and Friend but our memories with her will continue to bring us smiles and laughter. We know that you will be looking out for us as you always have.

JASON & JOSH
Growing up I was the “baby"
Will that title ever change? Who knows, maybe? Being the only girl, I was the princess They couldn’t get away with anything without a witness They loved me but didn’t want to admit it They couldn’t live without me for a minute Overprotective to say the least They would even take on a beast The feelings are mutual, we love each other so Nothing will ever change no matter where we go |
Jason & Josh -
We have grown unbelievably close these past few years, and it is the best feeling in the world. I don't know where i would be without the both of you. Both of you are very successful business men and i strive to become as successful as you one day. Josh, your company J-Dogs is a very large part of my life, and i couldn't be prouder of you at the age of 27 to have a very large and successful carnival theme catering and amusement company. I look forward to your "busy" season to spend my Saturday and Sundays working for you. Jason, being the oldest of the three, and now married, i still don't believe it is true. I really don't know where i would be without you today, simply because you are my go to computer fixer! You know how to fix everything and always are there help eagerly. Growing up with the both of you i was tortured, not going to lie. Since i am the girl, i was always in charge of buying gifts, cards and anything that a "girl" should do, and now that you both are older, nothing has changed at all! I love you both very much and nothing will ever change that!
Love always,
your baby sister :)

Jenna's Bat Mitzvah Speech
Jenna-
You are my precious gift, a light that lives in my life always. I walk around every day still feeling the weight of your adorable little body clinging to my shoulders, sitting in my lap, and holding my hand. I think you spent more time on my shoulders and in my lap than in your stroller. I treasure those days.
No one can see the future or know what it holds but I could not have dreamt about a daughter who could have made me feel more special as she grew up. If I could have chosen a daughter I know in my heart I would have reached out for you, wished for your quick wit and dreamed of your SPIRIT and STYLE. I’d have hoped for your love and affection, as I do now, imagined your beautiful smile, and looked out for your best interest… always.
Life isn’t days and years, it’s what you do with time and with all the goodness and grace that I know is inside you. Think for yourself, follow your heart, and make a beautiful life…the kind of life you deserve.
I am hoping you will always remember the thing most important by far… how much you are loved, how proud I am, always and no matter what, and how wonderfully special you are.
I will always, always love you… no matter what.
You made me so proud today and I will hold that feeling in my heart, take it with me wherever I go, and cherish the memory.
Nothing can be regarded as valuable unless it is assessed in relation to something with a higher value. We love you Jenna with all our heart and that will never change.

Afterword
After spending time working on my twitterive i have really enjoyed it. Coming up with a topic was the most difficult part. As my twitterive is still a work in progress, there is alot that still needs to be done. I would like to still add pictures, and a couple songs. I have a lot of different elements i would still like to include in my twitterive, but still unsure how to go about doing it. I am eagar to receive feedback from my peers becasue i feel that will help me the most in my process. Looking at others and hearing everyone talk will also allow me to think of new ideas to do for my own. Some questions i have are:
Is it too long?
Does it make sense/flow?
Any ideas/suggestions?
